Capoeta schuberti
The golden barb is a curiosity: unknown in the wild, it is most likely a mutation
or a hybrid of related species. It is gregarious, swimming actively in groups. Breeding
is quite easy; the eggs hatch in 36 hours in Water at 26В°C. The fry grow quickly
and mature within 10-12 months. Size: 5-6 cm.
