Ameca splendens
The male butterfly goodeid is more brightly colored than the female, and his
anal fin less clearly modified than in males of the Poeciliidae. Breeding requires
hard water, with the addition of salt: 1 teaspoonful per 10 liters. Size: 8-10 cm.
